Abdul Basir Mayaar Noorisitani, who was a national team hockey player for Afghanistan, has sadly left this world for a better place.
He enjoyed an illustrious career in hockey, from 2000 to 2006 he was a part of the Junior Team. Then, from 2006 to 2015 he played as a National Member Player of the Hockey Team of Afghanistan and played in competitions against Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Tajikistan and Bangladesh.
The Hockey Family will sorely miss him. The AHF wishes that the family and close ones of Abdul Basir Mayaar Noorisitani can find the courage to cope with this unbearable loss.
