We congratulate and acknowledge the work of Cindy – Liu Xiaoying (CHN). She officiated her 100th international match today earning her Golden Whistle.
The golden whistle award is presented to FIH International Umpires who umpire 100 official Senior International Inter Nations Match. Cindy earned her golden whistle when she umpired her 100th international match in December 2021 at the Donghae Women’s Asian Champions Trophy 2021.
A big congratulations to Cindy for this remarkable and incredible achievement in the sport of Hockey.
