Ahead of Women’s Junior AHF Cup 2019, Singapore, Bangladesh Hockey Federation inaugurated the 6 match test series between Bangladesh U-21 Women’s team vs SAI National Hockey Academy Women’s team at Dhaka. On 20 August In the first match, Host girls lost to SAI Academy by 6-0 goals.
At Maulana Bhasani Hockey Stadium the host girls made a great start by conceding no goal. But in the second quarter, they fell behind. After First half scoreline was 3-0. In the second half, Sai Academy scored another 3 goals.
Earlier as the chief guest, Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Dr. Zafar Uddin inaugurated the series. Vice president of BHF Sajed A.A. Adel, was present on the occasion. After the inauguration, guests participated in the photo-shoots with the players of the two teams.
