Japan continued their solid run at the Hero Men’s Asia Cup 2025 with a composed 2–0 victory over Chinese Taipei in the Super 4s Pool stage.
The Japanese side controlled the tempo of the game from the opening whistle, converting their dominance into two well-constructed goals. Despite resilient defending and counter attempts from Chinese Taipei, Japan maintained their clean sheet to secure full points.
Shinohara Ryosuke (#35) was named Hero of the Match for his commanding performance, proving instrumental in both defense and transition play.
This result strengthens Japan’s position in the Super 4s as they edge closer to the final stages of the tournament.
