The Men’s Junior AHF Cup 2026 concluded in spectacular fashion on 1 July 2026 in Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan, with Korea claiming the championship title after defeating Uzbekistan 5–3 in an entertaining Gold Medal Match.
The final lived up to expectations as both teams showcased high-quality attacking hockey. Korea maintained their composure throughout the contest to secure a well-deserved victory and lift the Men’s Junior AHF Cup trophy, while Uzbekistan finished as worthy runners-up following an outstanding tournament campaign.
Earlier in the day, hosts Kazakhstan delighted the home crowd by defeating Thailand 3–0 in the Bronze Medal Match to secure third place and complete the podium.
In the 5th/6th Place Playoff, Indonesia overcame Sri Lanka 4–2 to finish fifth, while Iran claimed seventh place with a 3–0 victory over Tajikistan.

With the conclusion of the tournament, the top four teams—Korea, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Thailand—have secured qualification for the Men’s Junior Asia Cup 2026, where they will join Asia’s leading junior nations in the continent’s premier men’s junior competition.
The tournament also witnessed several outstanding individual performances. Korea’s Lee Minhyeok finished as the joint top scorer with 20 goals, alongside Indonesia’s Arthur Wibowo, highlighting the exceptional attacking talent on display throughout the competition.
