In today’s matches, the preliminary rounds for men ended and the four quarter-finals matches have their candidates.
Men
Chile secured second spot in Pool A after a 2-0 win over Trinidad and Tobago on today’s Pan American Games. Winless Trinidad and Tobago finish fourth in Pool A behind Cuba. The Cubans last against Argentina by 0-9, finishing the first rounds undefeated in pool- play and secure the top of Pool A.
Meanwhile, in Pool B, the 5-1 victory of USA against Mexico securing second place for the Americans. While Mexico finished third, ahead of Peru, whom were smashed by Canada 1-14. The Canadians where superior in every single level, and 1st spot in their pool.
The next round begins on Monday 5th, and the matches are: Argentina Vs Peru; Chile Vs Mexico; Cuba Vs USA; Trinidad and Tobago Vs Canada.
