President Asian Hockey Federation communicated the message to the incredible Women of Hockey family.
Mr. Ogura stated.
“Today is International Women’s Day and we at the Asian Hockey Federation would like to take this opportunity to honor the amazing women who inspire us with their strength, passion, and dedication. We are grateful for the contributions of each and every women to make it happen.”
He further added that,
‘’Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. Every Woman Athlete is an ambassador who advocates for the development of Hockey and its importance over that of class and gender in society.
I will always respect you for your character and personal efforts, struggles, and achievements.
You have a strong sense of self-determination. Let us use this day as an opportunity to recognize the incredible accomplishments of every inspiring Women that belong to hockey community.”
Mr Fumio Ogura concluded by saying,
“We salute all the inspiring women who continue to break boundaries and make a difference in their communities.”
