Four matches were played on the fifth day of the Under-16 National Hockey Championship 2020 under the auspices of Pakistan Hockey Federation. , Tournament Director Syed Zahir Shah was also present.
The first match of the fifth day of the event was played between Sindh A and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, which Sindh A won 2-6. From Sindh A, Mohammad Adnan scored three goals and a hat trick, Zain scored two goals and Sultan scored one goal. Adeel scored both the goals for Azad Kashmir.
