Day 1 of the second Uzbekistan level 1 technical coaching course was successfully completed today, the course was headed by Zahid Ali. The day began with AHF Chief Executive Dato Tayyab Ikram giving opening remarks, he further talked about the COVID-19 SITUATION and E-learning development.
The participants were given an introduction and were explained what to expect from the course programme, followed by a discussion on the FIH academy and the workshop. Afterwards, the element being discussed was the different roles and responsibilities of the coach and what centered approaches a coach should take.
Later on in the day, technical skills such as, moving with the ball and moving the ball was thoroughly explained to all members. Furthermore, participants were divided into small groups to plan a session based on a game scenario.
