Uzbekistan National Youth Team is currently in Minsk on an official visit along with the President of the Uzbekistan Hockey Federation Bakhodir Ahmedov, Vice President Rinat Akhmadulin and Secretary-General Sunnat Yuldashev.
Official meetings with the Belarus authorities – Chairman of the Supervisory Council Valery Ivanov and Chairman of the Federation Alexander Ekimenko – have been conducted in which the further cooperation between the two countries was discussed.
A meeting was also held with the Vice-Rector of BSUFK Vladimir Klinov on educational work in which the cooperation between the University and the National Federation was discussed. The exchange of experiences between the teachers of Belarusian and Uzbek universities was also mutually decided.
According to the Uzbek tradition, the national outfit was presented to the Chairman of the Belarusian Hockey Federation Aleksandr Leonidovich.
On the occasion, a friendly match was also played between under 21 teams of Belarus and Uzbekistan, which was won by Uzbekistan with a score of 4-1
