India were crowned champions of the 2026 Men’s Asian Hockey5s after defeating Pakistan 3–1 in a thrilling Gold Medal Match at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat, Oman.
Having remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, India delivered another composed and disciplined performance in the final to secure the continental title. Their attacking flair, solid defensive structure, and teamwork proved decisive as they overcame Pakistan to lift the championship trophy.
Pakistan finished the tournament with the Silver Medal after an impressive campaign that included several strong performances en route to the final. Earlier in the day, Iran claimed the Bronze Medal with a 4–2 victory over Bangladesh, while Oman delighted the home crowd by winning the Challenger Trophy after defeating Iraq 6–0.
The tournament also recognised several outstanding individual performances:

India concluded the competition with a perfect record, winning all six of their matches and finishing top of the standings with 18 points. Pakistan secured second place, followed by Iran in third and Bangladesh in fourth.
