Ipoh, Malaysia: The Raja Ashman Shah AHF Hockey Academy National Technical Official/Judges course was conducted in Ipoh, Malaysia. The course was conducted from the 12th to the 14th of September with more than 20 individuals participating in the 3-day course.

Technical officials and judges play a vital role in the success of hockey events. Therefore, this course was crucial to the development and enhancement of technical officials. The event was another episode in the series of successful and impactful Raja Ashman Shah Hockey Academy courses.

Mr. Ghulam Ghous, the Manager of Coaching & Development on the occasion said, “With every course, we are getting more and more creative. This is something that is mutually beneficial as we have seen with the recent courses conducted throughout Asia. The Technical Official Course’s success conducted in Malaysia recently was overwhelming for us and it shows Malaysia’s growing influence throughout the world in the sport of Hockey”

Very recently, Mr. Lim Chiew Chuan conducted a successful Coaching Course from the 26th of September to the 1st of October in DPR Korea. The 6-day event attracted a high number of participants and was incremental to further the aim of the Asian Hockey Federation and extend the development of hockey throughout Asia.
