Mr. Lim’s appointment is effective from 23 July 2026 to 15 September 2026 and forms part of the AHF’s ongoing commitment to strengthening high-performance hockey programmes across Asia through expert coaching support and technical development.
During his assignment, Mr. Lim will work closely with the Chinese Taipei Hockey Association to enhance the national high-performance programme by improving coaching standards and advancing the technical and tactical capabilities of both athletes and coaches.
As part of his role, Mr. Lim will:
Provide high-performance coaching and technical guidance to the national programme.
Conduct structured training sessions focused on athlete development.
Mentor local coaches through practical and theoretical coaching activities.
Support the implementation of the AHF High Performance Coaching Framework.
Submit a comprehensive report to the AHF upon completion of the assignment, highlighting activities undertaken, progress achieved, and recommendations for future development.
The AHF High Performance Coaching Assistance Program is designed to assist Member National Associations by providing experienced international coaches who can contribute to long-term athlete development, coach education, and sustainable high-performance systems.
