Both semi-finals of the Army Welfare Trust 67th National Hockey Championship will be played today (Sunday). The semi-final matches will be played today (Sunday). In the first semi-final at 7:00 PM, the defending champion WAPDA will face the Pakistan Customs team consisting of young players. In the second semi-final, Mari Petroleum will face Pakistan Navy at 9:00 PM. On the occasion of the final matches, Secretary General of Pakistan Hockey Federation PHF Syed Haider Hussain, Olympian Hanif Khan, Olympian Nasir Ali, Olympian Shakeel Abbasi, Ihsanullah International, Olympian Waqas Akbar, Olympian Tariq Aziz, Olympian Javed, Olympian Muhammad Zubair, Olympian Umar Bhatta, Olympian Nandi Arshad, Olympian Rahim Khan, International Rana Shafiq, International Umar Shahzad, Rana Shuja, Raja Shahid, Muhammad Yasin, Tahir Gujjar and others will also be present. Customs defeated Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, Punjab Police and Mari Petroleum to make it to the semi-finals by defeating Pakistan Air Force. Both teams will take to the field at four o’clock.
